Privacy
Collect less by design.
Practice Hub uses limited, privacy-reviewed measurement while keeping search terms, local drafts, and form text out of analytics.
Public site
Search runs from a static index in the browser. Search terms and form text are excluded from Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the Practice Hub event store. Google Analytics records page and interaction counts with Google signals and advertising personalization disabled. Microsoft Clarity records masked session replays and interaction summaries; it is not loaded when a search term is present in the page address, and all form controls plus local-work areas are masked. A dedicated n8n workflow receives only an approved event vocabulary, strips URL queries, rejects other fields, and stores each event once. Global Privacy Control or browser Do Not Track disables these measurement services. Fonts and core assets are served with the site rather than requested from a third-party font service.
My Practice
My Practice uses browser local storage under ludara.practiceHub.profile. Pathways and worksheets use similarly named ludara-pathway-* and ludara-worksheet-* keys. They store only the generic fields, checkboxes, and notes shown in the interface. Export, import, print, and reset actions happen on the device. Clearing browser data removes local drafts. Analytics may count that an action occurred, but profile values, worksheet text, selections, dates, imported files, and other local content are not sent.
Hosting and external links
The site host and measurement providers may process ordinary infrastructure or usage data, such as IP address, requested path and query string, time, device or browser information, referrer host, and security events. The host can receive a search term when it is present in a requested search URL; Practice Hub does not forward that term to Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or n8n. Practice Hub does not use these records to build advertising profiles. Following an external source, review platform, vendor, or Ludara contact link leaves the Hub and is governed by that destination.
