Start a Practice

Give the idea enough shape to make good decisions.

You do not need to understand the entire business before you begin. Start by describing what you are building, planning a realistic first quarter, and turning unknowns into questions that can actually be researched.

Reviewed foundations

Seven practical ways to make the plan concrete.

These methods organize assumptions, decisions, and evidence. They do not approve the legal, tax, licensing, privacy, payer, or clinical conclusions underneath them.

A steady way to begin

  1. Describe the practice you think you want to build, including what is still an assumption.
  2. Choose the next few decisions instead of trying to solve the whole launch at once.
  3. For each consequential question, identify the current primary source and the qualified reviewer required by the risk.
  4. Use reviewed administrative methods to organize evidence and open questions—without turning “source found” or “form submitted” into readiness approval.
