How to use it

  1. Mark a circle whenever you choose to try a practice; circles do not need to be consecutive.
  2. Note the type, approximate length, context, and what you observed afterward.
  3. Leave gaps without explaining them.
  4. Choose whether to repeat, adjust, replace, or stop the practice.

Reflection prompts

  • What conditions made practice more or less workable?
  • Did shorter and longer practices differ in any consistent way?
  • What choice would fit your needs now?

Facilitator guidance

Use the tracker to support observation, not adherence. Duration and frequency do not determine quality, and meditation is not suitable or helpful for everyone.

Adaptations & accessibility

  • Track only context and choice, not duration.
  • Use stickers, voice notes, or calendar reminders chosen by the client.
  • Include non-meditation attention practices such as walking, art, or listening.

Review considerations

Standard licensed-clinician review required before use; avoid streak pressure or claims that more practice is better.

This is a layout-complete draft. Complete the stated clinical, accessibility, and local-policy review before client use or publication.
